Oh well. Having the size stamp was pretty common on the steerer, the fork build date usually can be found too, like 11 70 which would be November 1970. So, you are left with the metalwork details. These graphics originally came sometime in 1971, the paint could well be original. One possible guess as to no pump peg is as it is before the Silca "frame fit" pumps came out, there may not have been a standard handle pump long enough to catch a peg under the top tube. That was a 1971 feature that was dropped when the frame fits arrived.
