Is this honestly a difficult question? I don't have experience wearing helmets; presumably some of you all here do and can share reasons you'd choose a lighter helmet.
Everyone feels things differently. NO one knows how you will feel about helmet weights. Some riders feel small changes some don't. No way to answer. There's no way to measure or compile information about "average" riders. And how they feel.

The problem is really the question, not the answers. Some people will try to give funny answers, some sarcastic, and some just get tired of silly questions, over and over. Not trying to rain on your parade, but I guess no one wants to say this. So I will.
