I can't buy a bike on vacation, even though we travel twice a year to Europe, as we carry bikes from here. Maybe next time, I will buy there but there are logistic issues, as we carry folders for travel.

The dealer said that he can give me a 100mm stem, but in black.

My friend uses a 53, and his saddle height is 73cm. My saddle height is 75cm, even though he is marginally taller than me, as I have a long inseam.

And here is my friends bike showing how much seatpost is showing. He rides a 53 with a 55cm seat tube, while if I buy the 54 the seat tube will be 56cm. However my saddle will be more than 1.5cm higher than his, so I should have at least the same amount of seatpost showing.
