I use a Lenzyne wallet for my phone and wallet stuff. It has a water tight pocket with a window that is big enough for a Galaxy S4 and pockets and flaps for money and cards. I also use one of their pocket pouches for a co2 flat kit.

But for longer and solo rides I go to a saddle bag and frame mounted pump.
