I use SKS P50 fenders on one bike and Zéfal "something" on another. They're both good. Width should be a little more than your tires.

For racks, I use a Tubus Logo in the back. The low rails are convenient. The Cargo, Cosmo or even a Vega would do. In front, I use a Old Man Mountain Sherpa. It's rock solid (mounting and rack itself), has platform and fender extension and not too heavy. You can do without a front rack too.
