New to the C&V forum.

My friend's grandfather passed last year, and she inherited this awesome machine, which undoubtedly saw many thousands of miles touring the Northeast. I want to clean it up so she can treasure it forever, and am trying to decide whether basic preservation or full restoration is appropriate. If restoring, I'd be looking for someplace to get the original paint job replicated faithfully...so your recommendations are welcome.

If anyone can provide specifics of model and likely manufacture timeframe, that would also be much appreciated.
