rhm, the light is hidden on the right side of the wheel, it's all complete.

This little Drysdale is a jewel!
Ah, yes, I see it now

Even so, the generator and headlight, hard to see as they are, don't look special to me. The tail light is a Miller unit and very nice. I am ambivalent. These old 6 volt dynamos with 2.4W incandescent bulbs give a light that is barely visible under modern street lighting. In complete darkness they were surprisingly good. But even so... who is going to ride such a classic bike in complete darkness? Not my call.

I guess my question, again, is: what is this? A bike? A memento of a beloved grandfather? A testimony to the craftsmanship of Alvin Drysdale? A project to impress a young lady? These are all worthy goals, i applaud them all and offer any assistance i can offer... but as I said: not my call.
