O K see if this makes any sense to anyone here, but I belong to running clubs aswell as biking but this has been discussed manytimes by the runners we've seen about (4) runners fallout and die on the course and basicly this is the general consenses,,,To be dead before you hit the ground!!! no prolonged nothing!!! any takers????
