Good:
Much Brighter than my Planet Bike Super Flash
Rechargeable via a USB cable with no batteries to replace
The price is right ($30)

Bad:
It doesn't give any sort of warning before the battery goes dead. Something like a low-power 3 color LED as on Magic Shine lights would be great, perhaps only active when it's turned on so it doesn't eat batteries when not running.

I keep a spare in my commuting pannier so I'm not unpleasantly surprised.
