Hello Iwik.. would your modified rack allow the panel to be level or flat as well as on both side angles ?

Yes Iam using the same 21% efficient SunPower cells.. and the same amount of cells for 100watts (32 cells).. but $695 !! thats not reasonable.. I see the same flexible panels off Ebay for $234 delivered... or look at alibaba for just $1 per watt panels...
