That's a pretty open ended question, since I believe TA cranksets are still made and the classic Cyclotouriste . Unless you give some more clues there's no way to say what time period your crank was made in. That said, I always thought that the classic pedal to go with TA Cyclotouriste cranks was the Lyotard platform. Good luck finding a set of those!
