Let Snydermann chime in first--he's the expert on Lotus. The only thing is that it seems someone swapped out some of the Super Record bits..but, I'd still wait.

A Columbus SLX frame alone--in a 54cm...with some cachet to it...I would think that's worth something..and the parts on it aren't horrible either. I'd be curious if the wheelset is still original?

***If you want a MTB--wait for a deal on craigslist--in the meantime; get a saddle (preferably cinelli) and pedals (shimano 600). Sell this on ebay.
