I agree that you can find a training setup that works for you and is fun. My point is that, as robabeatle mentioned, you can train so much (with any setup) that it's not fun. Would your training still be fun if you bumped it up 2x? 3x? Would it be fun if there was so much training that it was straining your relationships and your work? Your health and even your fitness? These are rhetorical questions, but you get the point.
