rest assured i'm no troll. yes, i may have a silly internet personality, but i also love riding my bike. when i'm on the internet and excited or feeling inquisitive, i can come off as very childish and/or immature in voice. this is okay with me, but i apologize to you. just know that i am in fact very excited about entering the bike world.

for further proof that i'm not trolling. i have honest questions and an honest lack of knowledge that i'm not afraid to admit to. i'll try to stop acting so silly.
anyway thanks everyone for the straight answers. i had the day off (no school, no work, avoiding hw) and feel i've made a lot of progress in researching bike stuff online. i have to say sheldon brown's website is probably one of the best collections of information compiled by one person on any particular subject that i've ever seen.
anyway, that's all.
