I did measure it and it looks like 130. I tried to attach a photo.

I hear what you are saying about the build, and I appreciate what you are saying about putting a lot of money into it. If I can't do it on the cheap, I may abandon and look for a better frame. But for $14 dollars, I thought I at least owed it to myself to research a little.

Also, it appears the fork spacing is 100 mm. Is that normal?
