Tubus Fly. 0.33kg, tubular welded chromoly, capacity 40lbs (though I know many people who have loaded them well beyond that). There's a stainless steel version for those who want to keep the vintage-y silver look.
This is the stainless version (Tubus Luna), polished to match the frame. It's less than a pound (0.40kg) and loaded with over 40 pounds of clothes in panniers and a sleeping bag it's still very stable. They're pricey, though; I think now they run around $170.
