Well, here is an update on Lola. Again, my apologies, but I cannot get the pics to upload, so I'll just give you the links.

This is the way the new way that the (second) shop (see below for more details) fixed the positioning of the rack, so that it was not slanted the way it was when the first shop installed it yesterday. The first shop told me that they could not install the rack that I had ordered off of Amazon, and I asked if they had the Civia Bamboo in stock, but they did not, they had the PDW - The Payload in stock, so I went with that one, since it was the rack that I really wanted, anyway.
