I'd love to get a Brooks saddle, but there are two things holding me back. 1) Cost. 2) They're not rain friendly.

Yeah, yeah, I know it's not that big a deal to cover the saddle on days that it rains, but I'm a convenience freak and I know I'll forget to cover it.

Any recommendations or tips for finding a cheap yet comfortable saddle? I mostly do city riding for transportation. 90% of my trips are within four miles. Occasionally I'll ride 20+ miles at a time.
