I'm running the same gearing on my All-City Macho Man Disc, 34-46:12-36 and it's great for all-terrain riding. 46:11 is PLENTY tall enough for road riding and 34:36 is low enough for trails and singletrack. I run 700x35 to 700x40c cyclocross tires so that bike can go just about anywhere. Sram stuff is great for interchangeability allowing road shifters to play w/ mtb parts.
