OK, I went to the Tektro site and they say in response to a question about whether front and rear brakes differ: The length of center bolt to mount on fork for front and frame for rear is different.
Also the forward of brake pad is opposited.
So does that mean they are different after all? Or are they just talking about brakes that mount different from v-brakes? Maybe I am confusing things as usual.
