Peugeot? With Columbus?
Guys-

I found this frame, and was wondering what it is? It's supposed to be a Peugeot, but I am not so sure. It looks like it's bad steel, at least not reynolds 531, but it looks like a good fork - does that sound right?

I attached photos, and put all the IDing marks I could find below.
