The only things I see missing are full fenders, unless you live in a dry area, and a second set of lights, if you ride after dark. If you ride in the rain much you will really appreciate full fenders with a mudflap on the front fender. I maybe paranoid but when I commute after dark I always try to have two lights front and back just in-case. Its too easy to forget to charge the batteries or replace them before they drain. I've also lost several lights on bad potholes, and they usually don't survive the fall. I've had lights fail after a heavy rain and I've heard that halogen bulbs will burn out every so often.
