Be careful riding the line between enjoying a descent, and full out bomber mode. You bring up South Park Dr...isn't that where the unfortunate soul lost his life trying to set to silly Strava record or something? Maybe when they close that road for the salamanders, but many of these roads discussed here are way too dangerous for a "thrilling" no-brakes descent. Especially Diablo, unless you go during a weekday. In fact, I try to stay off the mountain on a weekend, way too many cars driving over the centerline through blind curves. (Also, less PoPo on weekday evenings...I never worry about getting pulled over )

Of those mentioned, I think Tunitas would be a pretty nice go. I've only gone up it, but the road was semi-recently paved with actual asphalt, not that chip seal garbage. Kings is fun, though lower down I always find way too many cars. Back side of Morgan Territory Rd into Livermore is crazy fast, there's even a few nicely banked turns you can hit full gas and really feel the G-forces. But it's only like a 5 minute ride. The only long-ish descents I have ridden are off these mountain roads, Tam, Diablo, Hamilton, and the various ridges in the Woodside area. Most of these can be fun, just keep your speed in check.

Also +1 for the lower part of Hamilton.
