Should be a CAAD5 frame. $200 is an excellent deal if there is no damage.
The ride improved with each generation of frame. I haven't had a chance to ride a CAAD10 or EVO yet though. There is a huge difference in comfort between from a CAAD5 to SuperSix Himod though. (I own a CAAD3, 5, 6/13 and Supersix. And did own a CAAD2 and have a few miles on a friends CAAD 4)
With an Ultegra drivetrain and Ksyrium Elites, the CAAD5 will come in at around 17 pounds.
