yeah trying to find out can you get extra protection for under sleeping matt to ward off the cold ground.aluminium foil would be good but very noisy i would imagine, newspaper could be an option?
i have a new down quilt on order from the states wont be here for 3 weeks keen to try that out as i dont like mummy style down bags,also have exped lite matt seen one i like it packs very small weighs nothing.
anyway keeping the cold out any advice greatly appreciated.
