O yeah forgot..............your questions at the bottom. If the state has road rage laws this would apply if the wording in the law provides for shooting the bird in an aggressive manner like this. So yes, it is illegal in that case which most states do have these laws in place. It is chicken krap in it's ability to change behavior of course. Like one poster stated.................stupidity is not a age oriented disease. It applies to the entire spectrum of human beings.
