Bikes: they change so much I'm tired of updating this

i started this search for a project bike after seeing some of robbietunes awesome steel frame bikes converted to 10 speeds with ergos. i wanted a nice steel frame to do the same. but in my search i came across the paramount, but finally decided that i really didnt want to paint another bike this winter. so i went with the pinarello. i picked it up last night. paint is in super condition, decals need to be cleaned off and replaced. plus it has a very nice complete set of 105 components with 600 d/t shifters and 105 aero brake levers with nice hoods. the wheels are mavics with 105 hubs. all which will end up on the classified section soon. its a 7 speed, so converting it over wont be so difficult. i really wanted a racier bike set up, so i think i made the right choice. still not sure what group i'm gonna go with. yeah the paramount wouldve been sweet, and i already had plans to go orange with plenty of polished aluminum. but i'm getting more interested in collecting bikes with original paint, so if i ever find a paramount to keep i want the original paint. thanks for all the help in deciding. if was fun seeing other peoples opinions and interests.
