One of my best rides since April when I started having medication dosage issues. 44 miles in fabulous low to mid 70's weather, low humidity and blue skies. Did several half-mile sprints and some intervals on the ride and had a sustained speed of 24.9 mph on one of my sprints. Had four places where I had to slow down my pace because of all the blind curves but I managed the 44 miles in 2:54:01.
