This is a rare event, but difficult for cyclists to defend against, due to the sudden ackward moves by the motorist.
I know this never happens to HH. But it does occur.
This is why I said
almost every time a cyclist is right hooked he could have prevented it, rather than
every time, so I'm not sure why you felt the need to point this out.
