Seriously though, when I feel tired and don't want to ride, I don't. Cycling is supposed to make you happy, not feel guilty and crappy.
Yesteday I stopped at the gas station on my way home, picked up a 20oz can of monster energy drink and got on that trainer as soon as I got home. Not the healthiest of feelings but it pushed me through.
