Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

One possible way is a quill to threadless adapter to replace your stem: http://www.nashbar.com/bikes/Product...45_-1___202442
You will need a new threadless stem to use it.
