CAAD10=17.5lbs, Evo=just under 19lbs in a 60cm frame and CAAD10 with heavier Di2. While I love the Evo for its paint scheme and overall looks, the CAAD10 just has that wow factor on and off the seat!
I'm a big CAAD10 fan, but I haven't compared the stock specs between the models mentioned. Couldn't the weight be a function of heavier (cheaper) wheels, seatpost, handlebar, etc.? The CAAD10 Black Inc. is going to receive a solid spec seeing as it's top of the list. The EVO 6 would receive much less component attention.

That being said, the EVO will then be easier, and cheaper, to reduce the overall weight of the bike.

I'm currently in the process of weight weening my bike (2012 CAAD10 3). I was at 17 lbs 13 oz for all stock + 2 cages + Barfly + Shimano 5700 pedals. I just put on some new bling and should be sitting around a half pound lighter. Still riding the stock (and heavy) wheels as well.

I've never ridden an EVO, but I can tell you I really enjoy my CAAD10. I'm trying to stash some money to pick up a 2014 CAAD10 3 when they go on sale next winter. At this point, I'm not interested in stepping off of the CAAD10, assuming no one gives me a free EVO.
