Looking at the "state" off the paint, the red colour looks original to me... but after removing the black paint I found it was painted yellow.
Otherwise I'm not sure the paint on the rear dropouts is original. (see pictures)
To bad they also removed the olmo name and star on the fork, don't know how to restore it... (idea's??)

Depending on how much the frame means to you/value, you might consider a sanding/priming/repaint.
