The Fsa headset is a decent one for like 45? Bucks 55 if you want crabon, think its ths zs-3 but on my phone so too lazy to search it.. In my opinion a headset is a headset, takes a low amount of thrashing compared to a hub/bb so I never splurge on them.

As for forks, only ones that I can think of off the top of my head are the Leader forks, the alpina one is a crabon fork for like 140 and good but it only comes in gloss or matte black and you will want a 1 1/8th threadless stem.
