I agree about customer service from Best Buy.

We have generally been fairly happy with our local Staples. We have bought our last 2 computers and last 2 printers from them. I am slightly more inclined to get a computer from them over mail-order, as there seems to be a decent chance of technical glitches with computers, and I think Staples will offer an easier exchange versus mail order.
