If you have a steel threaded axle, they're pretty universal, just match the thread (10x1) and length. Likewise the balls, probably 1/4". However be sure to save the all the axle hardware, especially the bearing cones, because that is not standard and is specific to your hub.

If your local shop doesn't stock or won't order the needed parts, than they're readily available on line.
