I only had a 700c knobby tires on this hybrid bike I was flipping, no studs. Some places had melted some so I could ride on wet road, but ocassionally I had to ride on snow or ice. Just took it slow and easy. Quite a memorable ride as the woods are beautiful in the snow and this trail goes right throgh a lot of woods. No one else was out either.
