the DOs look to have the threaded plastic plug that indicates Huret (I think). The cable guides and lugs point to a more run-of-the-mill production frame...maybe the mafac bosses were added at the same time as the TA CX crankset for amateur CX use.
Looks like it has a modern sealed BB unit, so my guess is that it has BSC threading there...if I guess right it's most likely a Benelux frame, might even be Austrian but probably not French.
OTOH, if that's a Phil Wood BB (can't tell from the pic) then all bets are off since Phil rings came in all threadings...so tell us what the BB threading is.
