i have a 10 spd now (ultegra). god, i wish they weren't moving toward 10 speeds as the standard now. too many gears and i've having a hell of a time getting the dear DR adjusted to shift into every gear properly. it's amazing how fussy it seems. had less issues with the 9 spd.
