I am surprised that no one has mentioned a inspection of "moving parts' and adjoins when doing basic pre ride maintenance like filling tires, checking break pads ,remembering to take your underwear off before you install shammies . Somewhere someone has to take responsibility in their equipment. Catastrophic failure in all facets. Was this too harsh?
