HDR page that IMO shows an example of lost contrast and detail in three individual exposures (along the bottom) restored via HDR without going too terribly far overboard (click image for full sized picture):
The top image has
clearly been altered using HDR. Not as bad as some, but it looks decidedly unnatural to my eyes... The middle photo on the bottom row looks
much more natural to me.
