Bikes: 87 Bridgestone 550 (Shocking Electric Metallic Pink)

AN interesting thing I DID read on the Wisconsin bike trail, Sparta/Elroy, that only CYCLISTS have to pay usage fees, but hikers and snowmobilers do NOT have to pay trail fees....found that interesting....isn't THAT discrimination?
