Everybody has a bad test now and then. Don't worry about it. You will do better next time. Right now you are in the lull of the offseason, struggling to figure out where all your form went. Well, it went into the bank for next season. Once you start your adaptation and get some rest you will wake up a bit and start to see the light. You will end up with a stronger base and a more resilient level of fitness. Have faith in the process, Sara. This isn't about beating yourself up on the spin bike anymore. You're a racer now and you are starting to train like one.
