Anyone done any touring on their CAAD10?

Not looking at doing anything crazy. I want to start grocery shopping by back, which means I'll be purchasing a bike rack and cheap panniers. If the CAAD10 frame could hold it, I wouldn't mind loading up the panniers with one of my brothers lightweight sleeping bags and a tarp and doing a 2 day, 1 night tour ride for a weekend or two this spring. I don't want to warp the CAAD10 frame or anything. I love my CAAD10 frame, but I understand this is not what they are designed for. Just curious if anyone has, or knows someone who has, experience with touring on a CAAD10 frame.

Otherwise, I'll stick to a very basic rack/pannier set-up for grocery shopping and the like.
