However ...
I have a little pin (which Rowan gave me) that says, "Cycle Instead". It suggests that, whether you own a car or not, for many of your trips you could choose to cycle instead ... and for me that connects on a fitness level. Instead of sitting in a car, I could be riding my bicycle and improving my fitness level.
