Everyone I know, myself included, who has bought a bike that they went gaga over it has ended up happy with it, even if they paid too much.

All that means is if you get a great deal on something you love, it is all good, but loving the great deal is not the same as loving the bike.

Major Caveat: I know several riders who have no emotional attachment to their bike, so none of what I said applies if you are in that camp.
