I'm not quite as athletic, but basically I try to get a solid 8 hrs. sleep. Make sure your stuff's ready to go the night before, get some good sack time and don't let yourself wuss out in the morning. Also, if you're using up more calories than before, try eating a bit more throughout the day to replace the lost calories.
