The fenders are from Velo Orange (I believe 37s?), and the rack/bag are a Japanese TA knockoff that I picked up at a swap meet. The rack is one pieced and very heavy (solid steel), but it's very sturdy.
I'm running 700 x 32 Paselas (non TG) in that photo. I'd have to take a closer look to see if you could fit anything wider. Probably not too much more. But, I believe that you could probably buy 45 fenders and push bigger tires... And, yes, I need to angle the saddle down a bit
