+3 for Tange (Levin and/or some of the other models, too), can't beat them at their price point, and they are offered with both JIS or ISO crown race, which others often aren't.
I used to think Ritchy Logic was another good, cheap option, but had a few failures with that one...I think VO has some excellent options at a slightly higher price.
Wish the old A9 Stronglight (and variants) with roller bearings was still sold...you can still find a few but the supply is spotty.
