You'll have to skip two holes on each side of the hub, which means 3 different lengths of spoke in each group of 5, the straightest one should be the length of a radial spoke, the adjacent ones a little longer, and the outer ones longer still. If the hub has different sized flanges, then you'll need 6 different lengths of spoke.
